Now you can save your time by checking in online, whether you are traveling with or without baggage.
Online check in Opens 24 hours before departure, and closes 4 hours before departure.
Important Notes:
- You must collect your immigration card to pass through immigration.
- Baggage drop-off is not allowed after the counter closes.
- Boarding gates open one hour before departure and close 30 minutes before departure.
- Passengers arriving after the gate closes will be offloaded from the flight.
- Check-In Counter opens 2 hours before departure, and closes 30 minutes before departure.
- Boarding Gates open 45 minutes before departure, and close 20 minutes before departure.
- Passengers arriving after the gate closes will be offloaded from the flight.
- Check-In Counters open 2 hours before departure, and closes 30 minutes before departure for domestic flights.
- Check-In Counters open 3 hours before departure, and closes 60 minutes before departure for international flights.
You must ensure that:
- Your travel documents are valid for the country of transit and/or destination.
- Upon your arrival at the airport, you are within the set check-in time limit.
- You have read the Conditions of Carriage specified in your eTicket regarding baggage dimensions and dangerous goods.
Online check-in will not apply:
- If you do not hold the necessary valid travel documents.
- If a passenger has special needs, is an unaccompanied minor, or is a deportee.
- Air Cairo shall not be held liable for any travel inconvenience, fines, and/or seat cancellations if the conditions above are not met.
