  • If your flight is scheduled for a future date and you have booked it as part of a package with a tour operator, please contact your tour operator directly.
  • To process your claim efficiently, please ensure that you enter all details accurately, including flight information and passenger names as they appear on the booking confirmation of your original reservation.
